CNDCJ reinforces proximity with the CPCJ of the Algarve
On September 16, 17 and 18, the National Commission for the Rights of Children and Youth (CNDCJ) was in the Algarve for a set of initiatives of proximity, sharing and reflection with the Commissions for the Protection of Children and Youth (CPCJ) of the region.
Among the highlights were the participation in the Regional Meeting of the CPCJ of the Algarve, in Olhão, and in the Seminar on Positive Parenting and the Challenges of Social Networks, in Portimão.
The visit also included working meetings of the President of the CNDCJ, Ana Isabel Valente, and the Executive Director, João Rodrigues, with the CPCJ of Faro, Olhão, Portimão and Lagos, reinforcing the commitment to cooperation and strengthening the system of promotion and protection of the rights of children and young people.
The visit allowed for discussion, sharing of experiences and building responses to the current challenges of the CPCJ to pursue their mission.
